Turmeric Tea

Turmeric Tea; a.k.a Golden Milk

This tea is traditionally called Haldi Ka Doodh.  This turmeric tea will warm you up, while helping with inflammation.  If you are on a specific eating plan, use a sweetener that fits your plan.

Ingredients:
– 2 teaspoons of organic Turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– Pinch of clove
– Pinch of nutmeg
– 1-2 cups of water.

Directions:
– Add all ingredients into small sauce pan.
– Boil for 10 mins without lid.
– Strain if desired
– Add coconut milk and raw honey to taste
