  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3/4 teaspoon SweetLeaf *stevia drops (plain or flavored)

*Stevia drops can leave a strong after taste.  Cut this amount down if you are sensitive to it.


  1. Preheat oven to 215°F.
  2. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Beat egg whites in a glass or metal bowl with cream of tartar until they begin to form soft peaks.
  4. Slowly add the stevia while continuing to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spoon drops of the beaten egg whites onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for about two hours or until cookies begin to brown.
  7. Leave cookies in warm oven to brown to desired color.
