- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons brown rice syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cauliflower chopped
- 1 cup peas
- ½ medium onion chopped
Sauté onion in large sauté pan with olive oil.
Add cauliflower and peas to browned onions.
Stir in spices and coconut cream.
Let simmer until cauliflower is slightly tender.
Serve and enjoy
