  1. Follow your Instant Pot instructions for getting ready to start.
  2. Place the frozen chicken into the removable pot.
  3. Pour the salsa over the chicken.
  4. Set your instant pot for 25 minutes on manual.
  5. Close the vent.
  6. Let the pot come up to pressure, cook, and then allow for natural release. Always be careful of the steam when opening the pot.
  7. Use two forks to shred the chicken while still in the pot.
  8. Mix shredded chicken with fluids in the pot.
Recipe Notes

This is delicious when served as lettuce wraps, or over shredded cabbage mix.  If you want to boost the fat content, consider sour cream and/or cheddar cheese.  Any of these choices need to be added to your macros.
