Many of us often believe that stress and fatigue are inescapable byproducts of our modern lives. You may sometimes believe that stress is beneficial – sharpening your senses and providing the adrenaline rush you need to conquer deadlines. However, if you are regularly stressed, pushing through the day-to-day routine will eventually wear you out.

Our Relax and Renew Program is designed to help you de-stress, replenish, and boost your energy levels. Because the cause of your stress and fatigue is different than everyone else’s, your program may include a doctor’s evaluation, lab testing (to evaluate thyroid, hormones, adrenal function, metabolism and overall health status), and discussion of your health challenges and goals.

Once we have identified your stressors and determined how your body responds to stress and fatigue, we can choose the therapies best suited for you. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate: nutrition and life coaching, acupuncture, massage therapy, vitamins, or hormone replacement medications. We can also collaborate with mental health professionals who work within the integrative model.

  • depression, anxiety and mood disorders
  • problems sleeping and not feeling rested upon rising
  • high blood pressure, heart palpitations
  • head, neck and back pain

Learning to cope with and manage stress empowers you to react in healthier ways. In other words, the circumstances may not change, but how you relate and react to stress can.
