As a naturopathic and integrative practice, extensive new patient history paperwork is required. Cristina will invite you to the patient portal and then send you the appropriate forms to complete via the portal. Our doctors need time to review your information in advance. If paperwork is not received, Cristina unfortunately will have to cancel your appointment.
